PFS maintains a fully integrated Level 3 laboratory, capable of identifying and enumerating pathogenic microbes.

PFS is at the forefront of the fight against Campylobacter and other pathogens. We have conducted full grow out challenge trials with animal probiotics and novel feed additives, evaluating pathogens, mortality rate, and feed conversion.

These live side interventions are effective at the farm level, reducing the bio load to manageable levels for the processing plant. PFS can also analyze chemicals for strength and efficacy.
